Your staff will work based on your selected hours and based on your Shift Schedule (Australian or US shift), this includes start and break times. This also means that they will observe your public holidays. Typically staff work a standard 8-hour day, 5 days a week with two 10-minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch. We ensure to comply with all our local labor laws.

Our one-off setup fee for the preparation of your staff’s workspace, recruitment advertising for the role, pre-screening , testing, training programs, interviewing and onboarding. This fee is only paid upon success, meaning you only pay this if you have selected your candidate and set a start date! It is risk-free and gives us the opportunity to present some exceptional talent to you before you seal the deal with us.

We have pre-configured PC’s set based on your staff role needs, through our quotation process you will be able to identify the specific computer types that will be provided for your staff. Should you have any additional requirements, reach out to your Account Manager, and they will assist you to coordinate with our IT Specialist to arrange this for you.

Guerilla BPO offers a simple and transparent pricing arrangement; 

  1. Staff salary + Seat Fee  (monthly) 
  2. One-time setup fee     (only charged once) 

We do not make any profits on the direct salary of your staff. Our seat fee is used to cover the costs of your staff’s workspace including internet, electricity, office equipment, technical support, human resources, retention programs, free beverages, medical insurance, etc.

We believe in retaining and adding value to your business, so we do not lock our customers into any long-term contracts. We only ask and require that you give us 60 days notice if you decide to disengage with our service and to let your staff go. This gives your staff a long enough notice period to enable them to transition.

At Guerilla BPO we believe in offering you a solution to upscale your business, with staff that will impact and add value to your business. We do not offer a ‘shared’ staffing solution. We only offer dedicated staffing solutions, under the following arrangement;
