- Finance quotations, serviceability, submission, and processing of applications for approval to our lenders on our client’s behalf
- Associated documentation and Settlement of such transactions
- After-sales service and ongoing client assistance
- Proactivity working to acquire new business customers and lenders
- Retaining existing customers by offering appropriate financial solutions that add value to their lives
- Provide exceptional service to our clients
- Desire to help clients to achieve their financial goals with the ability to understand clients’ needs and recommend solutions
- Liaising with lenders, etc to get the deals done
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role reporting to a direct executive of a company
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Knowledge in the Finance or Insurance industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to build a relationship with clients
- Expertise in personal finance and risk assessment
- Honesty, integrity, and sound judgment
- Good negotiation skills and self-motivation
